We recruit people strictly on merit from our data bank of cv’s. The selected candidates are interviewed by our experienced staff, then they are tested for their respective skills in an approved skill testing center. The final selection is being made by the employer’s representative or in a Board’s meeting held on behalf of the employer.
A Foreign Service Agreement is signed between the Employer and the candidate to be employed where job description and conditions pertaining to the job are covered. This is a legal contract which secures the interest of the employer and the employee.
